Returns and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 All our products are eligible for returns and exchanges, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

We won’t accept goods damaged or worn or after purchase.

To initiate a return, please call us at 077 7 11 8584, or email sales@wonderboxes.lk. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (E.g. your order confirmation email/Receipt).

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed afterwards, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit balance again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES

We are more than happy to replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please contact us sales@wonderboxes.lk or at 077 711 8584.

SHIPPING

Shipping for exchanges and returns are handled by us in collaboration with our delivery partners. If you want to make alternative arrangements (e.g. drop off at transport lorry services operated in Pettah) please contact us beforehand.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
